Smart Grow With Mind is operated by Aqeel Masih ("we", "us", "the seller"), trading at smartgrowwithmind.com. We create and sell downloadable digital products such as workbooks, ebooks, planners, guides, and trackers.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase: it handles the payment, applicable taxes, and appears on your card statement. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, available at paddle.com.

All products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. After a successful payment, a download link is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Download links are secure and time-limited.

Unless stated otherwise, purchases are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to file-sharing services, or claim our products as your own work. You may print copies for your own use.

All content on this site and inside our products — text, design, illustrations, and files — is owned by Smart Grow With Mind and protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the content.

You do not need an account to purchase. We may suspend or revoke access to downloads where we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or sharing of download links in breach of these terms.

Our products are educational and informational tools for personal growth. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
