Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads with instant access, we may ask a short question about what went wrong so we can improve — but you do not need to justify a request made within this window.

If a file is defective, incomplete, corrupted, or you cannot access your download at any time, contact us and we will fix the access issue or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.

Email us or message us on WhatsApp with the email address you used at checkout (and your order or transaction ID if you have it). Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few business days to appear.

When a refund is completed, your download access is revoked. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
